Banda Singh Bahadur

The history of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur is synonymous with the establishment of a Sikh empire by Banda Singh Bahadur in the vast areas of northern India. It broke the myth of the Mughal invincibility as also the invincibility of the yoke of 700 years of rule of the invading forces from the Arab countries. The martyrdom of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur and his great Sikh warriors prepared the Sikhs for a prolonged fight against the Muhammdans or the Mughals in India.
